You are not obliged to provide your personal data to us. If you do not provide personal data to us or provide us with insufficient personal data it may be the case that we will not be able to carry out the abovementioned activities.
Retention period personal data
We will only retain your personal data for the time this is strictly necessary.
Personal data that is no longer relevant will be deleted within a year from the moment the data became irrelevant.
Data that we are obliged to retain for tax authorities will be deleted within one year from the end of the legal storage period.
For technical service purposes we will retain technical data of the technical systems produced by us for at least 25 years. It may be necessary that personal data is included in these files.
You have the right to request to inspect your own personal data. If there is reason to do so, you may also request us to supplement your personal data or to correct inaccuracies.
